With every entremet (whole cake) purchase, we add a little extra joy—on the house!

At HOWEY, excellence starts with ingredients. From velvety couverture chocolate to premium European dairy and a handpicked selection of the finest local and imported gems, every element is chosen with care. Crafted by skilled hands, our creations are a true taste of artisanal perfection.

All our creations are freshly made in-store every day and have a limited shelf life. Keep them chilled at 5°C at all times and enjoy them at their best within:

• Entremets (Whole Cake): 3-4 days
• Petit Gâteaux: 2 days
• Macarons: 4-5 days

After this period, the appearance may slightly change, but the taste remains delightful. For the ultimate Howey experience, we recommend indulging within the suggested time frame.

Kindly note that while we take great care in preparing our products, some ingredients used in our kitchen may result in traces of nuts, soy, dairy, and wheat in all our offerings.

All our products are pork-free, though certain cakes may contain alcohol. For more details or specific concerns, feel free to reach out to us.

Please keep in mind that our cakes and macarons are delicate and fragile. To ensure they arrive safely, we recommend transporting your boxes flat and avoiding exposure to direct sunlight. The floor or boot of your car is the ideal spot—never place them on the back seat. Make sure the boxes are secured and won’t slide around during transit. We also advise against transporting cakes by motorcycle.

Once the products are in your care, it is essential to follow these guidelines, as we cannot be responsible for any damage that occurs after pick-up.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your order, please notify us in writing or by phone at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up or delivery time. Cancellations made on the day of pick-up or delivery will incur a 100% surcharge.

HOWEY cannot be held responsible for cancellations or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as changes in laws and regulations, force majeure events (including riots, terrorism, natural disasters, or outbreaks), or similar occurrences. In such cases, we will do our best to help you make alternative arrangements.

Please note that deposits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred in the event of a cancellation.

We are confident you will adore our products, but we understand that sometimes things may not go as expected. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us on the same day, providing details of the product and a receipt as proof of purchase.

Please note that due to the perishable nature of our products and the potential for mishandling, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for melted products. We kindly ask that you order carefully.
